About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to shape, deliver, and improve enterprise cloud and DevSecOps capabilities. This role bridges mission needs with engineering execution, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive the product roadmap across functional areas
- →Partner with customers to define priorities and translate mission needs into technical requirements
- →Oversee Agile ceremonies and backlog management for cross-functional teams
- →Ensure product delivery supports rapid ATO, Zero Trust compliance, and DevSecOps maturity
- →Monitor performance metrics including deployment frequency and reliability
- →Drive customer engagement and technology adoption through strategic communication
- →Brief executive stakeholders on product health, risks, and opportunities
- →Drive innovation initiatives aligned to AI/ML, automation, FinOps, and enterprise modernization
Requirements
- ✓Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
- ✓Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Intelligence Community, DoD, or federal mission environments
- ✓Demonstrated experience delivering capabilities within DoD or Intelligence Community environments
- ✓Proven experience managing enterprise-scale DevSecOps or cloud platforms
- ✓Proven experience developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy
- ✓Proven experience translating customer requirements into product requirements and roadmaps
- ✓Proven experience managing a prioritized product roadmap aligned to enterprise objectives
- ✓Proven experience in Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- ✓Proven experience in executive-level reports and briefings
- ✓Proven experience in driving customer experience improvements and adoption of new initiatives
