About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at MetroStar, focusing on leading DevSecOps, Cloud, and Cyber projects within the National Security business unit, specifically supporting the Intel account.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolve issues through consensus and sound judgment
→Work closely with development teams and contribute to product architecture and design
→Develop, cultivate, and manage client relationships
→Prioritize, lead, and manage tasking of project team and completion of assignments
→Evaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope changes, issues, and risks
→Escalate project risks to the appropriate MetroStar and client stakeholders

Requirements

✓An active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
✓Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
✓Experience with Agile project management tools such as GitLab, Jira, and Confluence
✓7 years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development
✓Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
✓Proven expertise collaborating with customer PMs, leads, partners, and stakeholders
✓Strong skills developing integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules
✓Strong written and oral communication skills including briefing senior/executive stakeholders
✓Understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum, with experience as a Scrum Master
