About the Role

We are seeking an Export Sales Operations Specialist to manage the entire export process from order receipt to delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• →Coordinate the entire order management process from receipt to delivery
• →Prepare all necessary export documents in compliance with destination country regulations
• →Contact freight forwarders, schedule shipments, and track goods movement
• →Assist Sales Specialists with price offers, samples, and client presentations
• →Serve as communication bridge between customers and internal departments
• →Monitor bank receipts and coordinate payment tracking
• →Support tender applications by gathering required administrative documents
• →Maintain shipment records and prepare operational reports
• →Organize and archive all export files for legal purposes
