About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join Strategy's ambitious revenue growth engine. This role focuses on connecting senior enterprise prospects with our Sales Teams in the DACH region, requiring fluent German and English language skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Qualify leads to deliver sales-ready opportunities through outbound communications
- →Work with the Marketing Team to support inbound event follow-up and pipeline generation
- →Drive pipeline and revenue for Strategy in line with revenue goals
- →Research and enrich prospective accounts using social networks and internal databases
- →Track prospecting efforts on Salesforce CRM system
- →Achieve and exceed individual targets weekly and monthly
- →Share best practices with colleagues and continuously learn
- →Acquire and maintain knowledge of Strategy’s software platform and services
- →Communicate the value proposition effectively to drive interest and generate leads
- →Interact with Marketing and Sales teams to discuss lead qualification and recommend improvements
- →Develop new ways to increase awareness of Strategy’s products and services
- →Drive participation in Strategy events and set up on-site meetings at tradeshows
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years successful track record in a Business Development role in the SaaS software industry
- ✓Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- ✓Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- ✓Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- ✓Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
- ✓Ability to adapt and excel in an ever-changing industry
- ✓Effective time-management skills
- ✓Experience working in a results-driven environment
- ✓Willingness to learn new concepts, industries, and tools
- ✓Degree educated or equivalent academic/work experience
- ✓Fluent German and English language skills required
