About the Role
Midi Health is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business and revenue growth through a consultative, enterprise sales process. This role will own a national territory and develop strategic plans to identify, engage, and close enterprise customers aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end sales efforts to target, engage, and close strategic enterprise accounts
- →Develop and execute territory strategies aligned to revenue goals and ICP
- →Drive consultative sales conversations that translate customer needs into long-term partnerships
- →Secure meetings through creativity, persistence, and strategic outreach
- →Use both top-down (C-suite) and bottom-up (Director+) approaches to build internal champions
- →Clearly articulate Midi Health’s differentiated value proposition to maximize deal value
- →Understand and orchestrate the broader healthcare ecosystem, including payers, employers, brokers, and key influencers
- →Partner cross-functionally to refine and scale enterprise sales playbooks
- →Forecast pipeline and maintain strong deal hygiene
- →Manage opportunities with detail-oriented follow-through
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
- ✓Proven success selling into complex enterprise environments
- ✓Deep industry relationships and a strong professional network including not just employers but also brokers and payors
- ✓Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- ✓Experience building go-to-market motion from early traction to scale
- ✓Strong organizational and pipeline management skills (HubSpot experience preferred)
- ✓Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
