About the Role
Mirantis is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Solution Architect to join their technical team. This role involves developing trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers by educating, presenting, demonstrating, and conducting POCs of Mirantis’ AI Infrastructure platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with sales to support enterprise opportunities and help customers understand the value of Mirantis’ industry-leading AI and Kubernetes-based solutions.
- →Lead technical discovery sessions, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements with customers and partners.
- →Translate customer requirements into solution architectures leveraging Mirantis’ products and best practices.
- →Deliver engaging technical presentations and live demonstrations that showcase Mirantis’ platform capabilities, business value, and open-source innovation.
- →Provide field feedback to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy.
- →Serve as a trusted technical advisor, building and maintaining long-term relationships with client stakeholders while representing their needs within Mirantis.
- →Represent Mirantis at industry events, conferences, and community meetups by delivering technical sessions, demonstrations, and thought leadership content.
