About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to join Mitek, a global leader in digital & biometric identity authentication. This role will take ownership of post-sales customer relationships to help customers achieve their technical, operational, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide new customers from contract signing through onboarding to successful utilization of Mitek’s products
- →Be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the speed and quality of each customer’s implementation, deployment, and optimization
- →Coordinate various technical, marketing, product, and compliance teams within Mitek to facilitate customers’ desired outcomes
- →Implement long and short term project plans shared between Mitek and enterprise customers
- →Develop and iterate customer onboarding strategy and methodology to minimize onboarding time and post-launch delays
- →Communicate project status internally and externally, escalate when necessary, and develop risk mitigation strategies
- →Manage escalations related to issues encountered during implementation and initial customer go live
Requirements
- ✓5 or more years of experience in an implementation or onboarding manager role with solid project management experience in cloud-based SaaS environments
- ✓Proven experience managing customers through challenging situations by finding solutions and workarounds
- ✓Excellent project management skills and familiarity with modern practices and methodologies
- ✓Knowledgeable in APIs, customer education/training, and troubleshooting issues
- ✓Ability to provide excellent, detailed feedback to Product teams to enhance offerings
