About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Partner Account Manager to join our team at Mitratech. This role involves managing existing partnerships that represent a significant portion of our company's revenue. You will be responsible for revenue stability and growth, designing account-based plans, and collaborating with various departments to ensure partner retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own partnership relationships, growth, and retention quotas within your territory
- →Develop additional contacts and sponsor relationships within your territory
- →Develop strategies to establish additional paths of revenue acceleration
- →Acquire data and conduct financial analysis that demonstrates return on investment
- →Demonstrate strong project management leadership
- →Create, manage, and execute strategic account planning processes
- →Lead internal multi-departmental efforts to drive key account-based initiatives forward
Requirements
- ✓Proven success in quota-bearing roles exceeding revenue goals
- ✓7+ years of experience managing partnerships and/or customer accounts
- ✓Ability to deliver executive presentations including financial outcomes
- ✓Strong oral and written executive-level communication skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ✓Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, MS Suite, and Confluence
- ✓Display of project management experience or qualifications
