About the Role

Mitratech is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level sales role focuses on building foundational sales skills while contributing to our organization's growth by researching and uncovering new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify and qualify prospective customers and key decision makers
→Research and conduct lead generation campaigns
→Establish prospect business needs and understand which product offerings provide the most value
→Coordinate introductory business meetings for Account Executive team
→Manage sales pipelines and drive urgency in the sales process
→Route miscellaneous requests to appropriate internal departments
→Conduct inbound lead qualification and outreach through calls, emails, and social media
→Conduct company research and build prospect lists
→Collaborate with managers and Account Executives
→Participate in team meetings and ongoing learning
→Create and refine strategic territory plans
→Manage pipeline and territory in Salesforce.com
→Attend sales meetings and training sessions
