About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our AI and AI Platform teams at Monarch. This role involves building ML and GenAI capabilities to help users understand and manage their finances.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and grow a team of senior engineers across AI and AI Platform teams
- →Set technical direction and define the AI roadmap
- →Own delivery for AI initiatives across the product
- →Build cross-functional partnerships with Product, Design, and Infrastructure
- →Help grow the team by identifying talent and making hiring decisions
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in production ML/AI systems
- ✓2+ years of engineering management experience leading senior engineers
- ✓Technical depth in AI/ML to engage in architectural decisions and provide guidance
- ✓Experience with LLMs and GenAI in production
- ✓Track record of building healthy engineering teams
- ✓Strong product intuition and excellent communication skills
