About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join Moneybox on a 9-month contract. This key interim role involves taking ownership of performance strategy and managing a significant budget to drive acquisition across products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take day-to-day ownership of performance channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Affiliates
- →Focus on execution and optimization of existing campaigns to maximize return on ad spend
- →Work with brand, creative, and content teams to drive production of effective customer journeys
- →Execute structured trials and tests within existing and new channels
- →Apply commercial lens to all activities, monitoring CAC, LTV, and customer quality
- →Ensure accurate, timely reporting on performance
- →Work with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer funnel
- →Deliver scalable growth for existing and new products
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 8 years' relevant experience
- ✓Proven track record across Paid Social, Search, and Affiliates
- ✓Expert domain knowledge in driving B2C product growth
- ✓Data-driven and highly numerate
- ✓Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management skills
- ✓Immediately available or available by early March
