About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Discovery team at MongoDB. This role involves becoming a hiring subject matter expert across all business areas, recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

→Support critical MongoDB roles through strategic passive talent sourcing
→Provide full lifecycle recruitment support for various positions across the company
→Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
→Partner with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
→Support an equitable and inclusive hiring process
→Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence research, and focused pipelining
→Help build and evolve long-term candidate engagement strategies

Requirements

✓Passion for building a career in technical recruiting
✓Strong knowledge of robust sourcing tactics and best practices
✓Creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques
✓Analytical mindset with ability to conduct autonomous research
✓Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
✓Exceptional written and verbal communication with business-level fluency in English
✓Proficiency working in Greenhouse and Gem is preferred
