About the Role

We are seeking a Director to lead and develop our Cybersecurity Incident Response Team within MongoDB Security Operations. This role involves managing security incident management and investigations across the enterprise and production Atlas services.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage a global team of senior security analysts and investigators
→Drive clarity in complex situations including customer and employee facing incidents
→Manage large incidents directly as an incident commander
→Guide partner teams to enhance mitigation tools and defense posture
→Participate in designing and executing tabletop exercises

Requirements

✓15+ years experience in cybersecurity technical and leadership roles
✓Strong understanding of security incident handling and regulatory requirements
✓Experience with security information management, orchestration, automation, and forensics tools
✓Ability to navigate complex organizational environments
✓CISSP or other industry certifications a plus
