About the Role

You will be a critical contributor to MongoDB’s Product-Led-Growth business, focusing on middle and later stages of customer relationships to identify and respond to changes in business performance. This highly visible role will directly support executive-level initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities

→Support the Growth team’s Expansion Squad in implementing growth tactics and identifying revenue drivers among MongoDB’s PLG customer base
→Develop and maintain revenue analysis and reporting across multiple metrics
→Automate analytical pipelines and develop tools for reproducible insights delivery
→Learn about product, user ecosystem, and industry best practices to drive innovation
→Support Lead Flow initiatives to improve MongoDB’s MQL pipeline efficiency
→Serve as an analytical and technical thought leader across Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams

Requirements

✓At least 5 years of experience in technical, quantitative roles with revenue analysis experience
✓Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred
✓Strong skills in SQL and Python or R with automation and scalable solution building ability
✓Familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation methods
✓Excellent communication skills for explaining complex quantitative concepts
✓Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative work style
