About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- →Process, analyze, and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
- →Analyze owned channels analytics to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
- →Master digital metrics and analyze digital and social platforms.
- →Conduct test and learn programs on owned channels and campaigns.
- →Monitor digital and social crises.
- →Write campaign performance reports and make recommendations.
- →Monitor daily conversations related to brands to detect communication opportunities or potential crises.
- →Generate weekly and monthly reports of content performance.
- →Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with content and creative teams to optimize platforms.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in a similar role in a digital, communications, research, or content agency.
- ✓Strategic thinking focused on results.
- ✓Listening skills, argumentation, and power of conviction.
- ✓Fast learning ability.
- ✓Proactivity.
- ✓Communication and public presentation skills.
- ✓Upper Intermediate English.
- ✓Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
