About the Role
We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Designer with a strong digital background to join our creative team. You’ll be part of an innovative group focused on delivering outstanding design experiences across digital, social, motion, and AI-driven platforms for one of the world’s best-known tech brands. This designer is a collaborative storyteller who stays humble while pushing the work forward in an environment that encourages expression, inclusivity, and curiosity. Responsibilities:
• Creative Partnership: Partner with copywriters, developers, motion specialists, and creative leads to produce high-quality integrated visual designs—from concept to execution—across multiple digital platforms.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to optimize day-to-day workflows and explore new creative frontiers in both static and animated work.
• Presentation & Persuasion: Communicate effectively in a cross-functional team and persuasively present concepts and projects, both internally and to clients.
• Independent Problem Solving: Work independently to provide innovative solutions to creative problems while focusing on detail, quality, and timeliness.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain consistent creative quality while applying client brand guidelines, ensuring all work (including AI-assisted output) remains visually appealing and on-brand.
• Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, digesting feedback quickly and developing alternate creative solutions under tight deadlines.
• Illustration: Utilize strong illustration capabilities to create visually appealing, accurate, and on-brand assets.
About You
The essentials:
• Experienced Creator: Proven experience at an agency or in-house creative team with a portfolio showing mastery of web, email, social, and video.
• Global Collaborator: Comfortable working across teams and time zones, developing concepts for a variety of innovative products in a global environment.
• AI Curiosity: A proactive interest in emerging AI tools for image generation, motion, and process optimization. You are comfortable experimenting with new tech to see how it can elevate the work.
• Design Fundamentals: Expert understanding of typography, illustration, and layout. Rigorous attention to detail is second nature to you.
• Strategic Thinking: A solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to develop concepts that are both achievable and attention-worthy.
• Positive Energy: You bring a nice, positive vibe to the team. You’re someone who inspires coworkers to go the extra mile and fosters a supportive, creative environment.
• Trend Watcher: A strong passion for pop culture and a finger on the pulse of what’s trending in the digital and tech space.
