As Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) for Traumautoverlosung, you own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for ZEALβs car raffle business. You shape a compelling, customer-centric raffle experience that combines entertainment, conversion excellence, and social impact. Your mission is to grow a scalable and differentiated product by deeply understanding user behavior, optimizing the player journey, and continuously innovating the raffle proposition.
YOUR TASKS:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the dream car raffle business, ensuring alignment with ZEALβs goals and brand identity.
- Translate business objectives into actionable, outcome-focused initiatives that balance short-term results with long-term growth and differentiation.
- Develop deep user understanding using customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to refine the offering.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on features that maximize customer value, engagement, and revenue.
- Oversee end-to-end product execution from discovery to launch and iteration for high-quality, timely delivery.
- Optimize the customer journey from awareness through purchase and retention, improving conversion, average spend, repeat participation, and engagement.
- Lead post-launch operations, continually enhancing the product through experimentation, promotions, gamification, and new features.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless, impactful experiences.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the business unit, ensuring stakeholder alignment, transparency, and effective decisions.
- Define and analyze KPIs to measure success, using data to guide prioritization and product evolution.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with legal and compliance teams.
- Drive innovation to differentiate and strengthen the raffle brand in the market.
WHAT YOU OFFER US:
- Ideally 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a consumer-facing digital product or business.
- Strong experience in building and scaling customer-centric products, ideally in e-commerce, gaming, marketplaces, or other high-conversion environments.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of key product and growth metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
- Experience optimizing user journeys and driving continuous improvement through testing and iteration.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Experience in regulated environments or working with compliance constraints is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions, trade-offs, and impact.
