About the Role

The Affiliate Account Manager position is part of a growing unit within a performance marketing agency. You will manage client affiliate programs, develop publishers, and ensure affiliate marketing aligns with clients' digital marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and grow client programs as the main point of contact for affiliate marketing
→Develop publishers to ensure clients work with top-tier affiliate partners
→Work with coupon sites, content, and top-of-funnel publishers for comprehensive marketing coverage
→Provide weekly reporting and client calls on performance metrics and strategy
→Analyze and report on existing affiliate programs
→Project affiliate budgets monthly, quarterly, and yearly
→Collaborate with media teams on budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative analyses
→Execute quarterly business reviews and client presentations

Requirements

✓3-4 years of direct affiliate experience (agency or network preferred)
✓Proven strategy with digital marketing platforms like Partnerize, Impact Radius, Commission Junction, Rakuten, and Google Analytics
✓Successful management of large budgets
✓Experience in a client-facing role with autonomy
✓Experience with influencer marketing, content publishers, and creators
✓Proficiency in G-Suite, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides
✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
✓Self-motivated, analytical, and able to multitask with multiple clients
✓Eagerness to work in a fast-growing team
