About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Monks. This role involves identifying and solving problems using deep experience in product management. You will lead cross-functional teams to define and develop product strategies that align with market opportunities and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional experience in technological projects related to digital products
- ✓Proven experience leading end-to-end workflow discovery and process redesign
- ✓Track record of taking a solution from concept through release and post-release adoption
- ✓Strong stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills
- ✓Proven track record managing the end-to-end software product lifecycle
- ✓Understanding of web technologies, technical concepts, software development, and APIs
- ✓Experience leading discovery sessions and requirements elicitation workshops
- ✓Ability to quickly ramp up on a new business domain
- ✓Goal-oriented, autonomous, and organized
- ✓Strong consulting and communication skills
- ✓Experience using agile development methodologies with globally-distributed teams
- ✓Experience using Sketch, Miro, or other collaborative design tools
- ✓Experience using Jira or other requirements management tools
