About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Moss, a SaaS scale-up focused on spend management solutions. This role involves driving SaaS revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and leveraging data insights to identify upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive customer engagement by building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their finance goals and guide them in using spend management features.
- →Identify new business opportunities and product optimization initiatives to increase value for existing accounts.
- →Measure success and provide data insights using specific KPIs to monitor revenue trajectory.
- →Act as a Product ambassador by compiling and communicating client feedback and advising on product features.
- →Aim for process excellence by designing and delivering client journey touchpoints that increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in a proactive commercial-centric role, ideally in a B2B setting.
- ✓Prior experience with upselling products and features to existing clients.
- ✓Fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1).
- ✓Customer obsessed, commercially minded, clear communicator, analytical mindset, and expert operator.
