About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join Beast Industries, a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast). This role involves building teams across content, brands, and operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead full-cycle recruiting across content, production, operations, and corporate roles
→Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria for roles
→Run fast, focused hiring processes that balance urgency with talent quality
→Close candidates by clearly articulating impact, ownership, and growth opportunities
→Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds
→Build talent pipelines for roles that blend creativity, execution, and leadership
→Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and feedback
→Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools as the company grows

Requirements

✓4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in media, entertainment, tech, or high-growth startups
✓Strong track record of hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments
✓Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to find candidates in unconventional places
✓Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving roles, and fast-paced environments
✓Strong instincts for talent, culture, and potential
✓Clear communication skills and ability to close candidates effectively
✓Deep interest in creators, content, internet culture, and building impactful teams
