About the Role

Beast Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across all teams as they scale rapidly. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth recruiting operations and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and schedules
→Manage candidate communications from first interview through offer stage
→Ensure interviewers and candidates are prepared with the right information
→Track candidates accurately through ATS and recruiting tools
→Partner with recruiters to keep searches moving forward
→Help manage interview loops, feedback collection, and decision timelines
→Assist with offer logistics, background checks, and onboarding handoffs
→Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, tools, and processes

Requirements

✓1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a fast-paced administrative role
✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-changing environment
✓Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy
✓Professional judgment and a high bar for candidate experience
