About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations professional to join our team at Beast Industries, focusing on brand partnerships. This role involves hunting and securing elite enterprise brand partners for our Global Creator Platform (GCP), a groundbreaking AI-driven intelligence engine poised to transform the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead aggressive outbound prospecting to engage top-tier brands with compelling pitches
→Close high-impact contracts and negotiate substantial insertion orders
→Design solutions to diagnose brands' data challenges and craft tailored pitches
→Translate brand objections and demands into precise user stories for our engineering team
→Curate the inaugural 5-10 powerhouse brands for our Alpha Launch

Requirements

✓Versatile deal-making skills with experience in cold calls and outreach
✓Strong understanding of programmatic ad buying, API integrations, and CPM strategies
✓Experience in high-stakes environments like Google Ads or performance agencies
✓Ability to highlight future innovations while locking in deals based on current capabilities
✓Self-motivated with the ability to craft marketing decks and case studies independently
