About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team at Mural. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and design effective solutions, with a focus on security and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Cultivate a deep understanding of our products to effectively tackle customer issues
- →Partner with Account Executives to perform business value-oriented discovery
- →Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase business value
- →Establish deep relationships with stakeholders at the customer's organization
- →Collaborate with cross-functional partners to respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in solutions/sales engineering and technical implementation
- ✓Comfortable working within Central European Time (CET) with occasional travel
- ✓Fluent German and professional-level English
- ✓Exceptional written communication skills for technical documentation
- ✓Deep understanding of SaaS products and RESTful APIs
- ✓Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and legal environments
- ✓Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection standards
