About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join our Data & AI team at MYOB, where you will lead the delivery and quality of modern web experiences across MYOB’s SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end delivery of front-end features, focusing on accessibility, performance, reliability, and security
- →Define and evolve front-end architecture, patterns, and design systems
- →Mentor and uplift engineers through code reviews, pairing, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
- →Partner with Product and Design to shape solutions from ambiguous problems
- →Embed quality practices including unit, integration, and e2e testing
- →Champion accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design
- →Contribute to platform and pipeline improvements
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in React and TypeScript with modern front-end practices
- ✓Production experience building large-scale, responsive web applications
- ✓Design system and component library experience
- ✓Testing proficiency with tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress
- ✓Modern tooling experience including package management, linters/formatters, and bundlers
- ✓API integration experience with REST and/or GraphQL
- ✓Technical leadership and mentorship abilities
- ✓Collaborative communicator with a product approach
