About the Role
We are seeking a Camunda BPM Architect to design and implement business process automation solutions. This senior role requires extensive experience with Camunda platforms and BPM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze business processes and workflows to propose automation solutions using Camunda 8 BPM platform
- →Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality delivery
- →Define technical architecture and solution design for Camunda applications
- →Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and optimize Camunda applications
- →Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
- →Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution design and PoC development
- →Develop reusable assets to improve delivery efficiency
- →Stay updated on Camunda platform updates and related technologies
- →Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience developing business process automation solutions using Camunda or similar BPM platforms
- ✓Minimum 4+ years of experience architecting solutions using Camunda BPM platform
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Camunda 8 including process modeling and execution
- ✓Experience designing processes, services, forms, and decision tables using BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards
- ✓Camunda certification (e.g., Camunda Certified Professional – Developer)
- ✓Experience implementing DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and logging
- ✓Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience with other BPM or automation tools such as Pega, Appian, or RPA platforms
- ✓Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot
- ✓Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures
- ✓Experience working in distributed and cloud-native environments
