About the Role
We are looking for a QA & Test Automation Lead to shape and advance our customers’ quality assurance and test automation landscapes. This role combines technical expertise with strategic consulting and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and mentor automation and QA teams in distributed environments
- →Consult customers on test strategies, automation approaches, and best practices
- →Apply AI-assisted approaches across the Test Life Cycle (TLC)
- →Support pre-sales activities with QA & automation expertise
- →Create test concepts and automation concepts
- →Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable automation solutions
- →Architect and implement test automation frameworks for various applications
- →Stay updated with emerging test automation tools and technologies
- →Collaborate with Agile teams to align test automation with delivery timelines
- →Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes
- →Design and deliver trainings on QA and test automation topics
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical expertise in test automation
- ✓Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams
- ✓Knowledge of AI-assisted testing approaches
- ✓Ability to consult customers on test strategies and automation
- ✓Experience with web, mobile, API, and desktop applications
- ✓Understanding of Agile methodologies
- ✓Familiarity with emerging test automation tools and technologies
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to design and deliver training programs
