About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead process transformation and implement SAP Finance & Controlling solutions. This role involves acting as a liaison between business and IT, managing projects, and providing expert guidance on best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead FICO module configuration and customization for new projects or enhancements
- →Translate complex business requirements into functional designs and map processes
- →Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and project managers
- →Oversee FICO workstreams, manage risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- →Develop test cases, manage testing cycles, and create comprehensive documentation
- →Provide expert support, troubleshoot issues, and train users
- →Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering knowledge transfer
Requirements
- ✓Deep expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- ✓Strong understanding of global accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and industry-specific regulatory requirements
- ✓Familiarity with SAP best practices, statutory/tax requirements, and integration points with MM, SD, PP modules
- ✓Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and client-facing skills
