About the Role

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and optimize lifecycle and marketing automation programs to drive engagement, conversion, and retention across the customer journey. This role requires technical expertise and deep marketing experience to create data-driven campaigns that deliver personalized, compliant, and measurable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention stages
→Lead SFMC optimization and platform ownership, conducting audits and implementing best practices
→Document user flows and lifecycle architecture for transparency and scalability
→Collaborate to ensure data integrity and domain health across marketing systems
→Create and optimize audience segmentation and personalization strategies
→Build and deploy creative, responsive communications using HTML, AMPscript, and SQL
→Monitor performance and optimize through testing, conducting A/B and multivariate testing
→Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations

Requirements

✓5+ years of digital marketing automation experience with SFMC
✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field
✓Extensive hands-on experience with SFMC, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
✓Working knowledge of Mailchimp and Snappy Kraken
✓Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMPscript
✓Deep understanding of email deliverability and domain health management
✓Experience analyzing campaign performance using GA4 or similar tools
✓Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations
✓Strong organizational and project-management skills
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
