About the Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our award-winning in-house creative team. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visuals for a wide range of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute innovative design concepts for multi-platform marketing campaigns
- →Create thoughtful, strategic and visually impactful design solutions, with a focus on key art, digital, outdoor and logo development
- →Collaborate effectively with fellow designers, Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment and consistency
- →Present ideas and creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- →Translate creative feedback into solutions, and obstacles into opportunities
- →Effectively adapt and resize creative assets for an evolving range of formats and deliverables
- →Partner with writers, video editors and design, brand and social teams to maintain a cohesive campaign aesthetic
- →Guide Production Artists to ensure accurate execution of creative vision
- →Work with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of all assets
Requirements
