About the Role

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to manage and maintain servers and storage at client locations. This role involves infrastructure requirement analysis, design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

→Gather business and application requirements for infrastructure analysis and design
→Plan, design, install, test, and implement systems according to specifications
→Manage systems changes through established change request processes
→Respond to incidents, investigate issues, and provide resolutions
→Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive measures
→Monitor system performance and availability, implementing corrective actions
→Document and maintain system configurations
→Implement service continuity measures including backup and disaster recovery
→Provide technical advice to customers and project teams
→Ensure ICT systems adhere to ISO20000, ISO27001, and ITIL practices
→Manage budget, resources, and schedules for system activities
→Establish facility management standards and best practices
→Evaluate business environment to develop long-term strategies
→Advise on technology adoption based on business and technical considerations
