About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Nearmap. This role plays a critical part in our growth by identifying and engaging new customers who can benefit from our aerial imagery and location intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify key decision makers in prospect organizations to find additional sales opportunities
- →Map key stakeholders, technical requirements, and business process on all deals
- →Conduct high volume prospecting of new business opportunities using cold calling, digital, and online prospecting techniques
- →Demonstrate results in solutions-based selling process and handle common objections
- →Drive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects
- →Set appointments for qualified opportunities for sales representatives
- →Manage a database of leads in Salesforce
- →Ensure critical data points are enriched for analysis of account management performance
- →Process all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining them in the sales pipeline
- →Adhere to company guidelines and the corporate Code of Conduct
Requirements
- ✓Strong business acumen and ability to uncover how organizations can use high-resolution aerial imagery
- ✓Experience with Salesforce and Account Based Marketing
- ✓Proficiency in cold calling and digital prospecting techniques
- ✓Ability to demonstrate results in solutions-based selling process
- ✓Experience managing leads and opportunities in a CRM system
- ✓Strong understanding of business processes and technical requirements
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- ✓Ethical approach when dealing with company assets and people
