About the Role

We are looking for a Webflow Developer to join our LATAM remote team at Nortal. You will be responsible for bringing high-fidelity designs to life and building a scalable, performance-oriented web ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-fidelity websites and landing pages using Webflow
→Translate design specs and brand guidelines into pixel-perfect, accessible Webflow implementations
→Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections to support dynamic, content-driven pages
→Build reusable symbols, components, and utility classes within Webflow
→Implement animations, micro-interactions, and scroll-based effects using Webflow
→Write custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) via Webflow's embed elements
→Integrate Webflow with third-party tools and services
→Optimize site performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals within Webflow
→Manage staging, publishing, and hosting workflows within Webflow
→Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend engineers

Requirements

✓Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
✓5+ Years of experience building and shipping websites with hands-on Webflow experience
✓Deep understanding of Webflow's Designer, CMS, Interactions, and hosting features
✓Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
✓Working knowledge of JavaScript for custom functionality and integrations
✓Experience structuring Webflow CMS collections and reference fields
✓Familiarity with SEO best practices, site performance optimization, and web accessibility standards
✓Experience integrating Webflow with external platforms and APIs
✓Comfort with version control concepts and collaborative workflows
✓Solid design and UX sensibility
✓Advanced English Level required
