About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our LATAM remote team at Nortal. This role involves serving as a cross-functional integrator responsible for bringing the organization’s Moveworks strategy to life across Experience, Engineering, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee the execution of a highly complex and cross-functional Moveworks integration and enablement program
- →Operate independently to drive end-to-end Moveworks implementation, including mapping PDLC and operational workflows
- →Translate complex technical, organizational, and business challenges into clear strategies and actionable execution plans
- →Identify dependencies, risks, and overlaps across programs to ensure coherence and eliminate duplication
- →Implement scalable governance models and operational processes
- →Drive organizational change management, supporting stakeholders as they adopt new Moveworks-enabled processes
- →Ensure consistent communication and alignment across technical, business, and executive audiences
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- ✓10+ Years of experience driving complex, cross-functional programs in high-scale technology organizations
- ✓Experience implementing or integrating enterprise platforms into workflows, processes, or employee support systems
- ✓Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- ✓Advanced English Level is required for this role
