About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Test Lead to join our Testing Center of Excellence. You will play a pivotal role in automating our move towards continuous integration and deployment, working with product and development teams to ensure high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the implementation of modern test automation frameworks and tools
- →Oversee test architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- →Promote shift-left testing practices and support developers in embedding quality
- →Design and execute automated tests on the latest software revisions
- →Participate in developing our automated testing framework for CI/CD
- →Liaise with Manual Testers and Business Analysts to understand requirements
- →Work with DevOps team to ensure smooth product delivery
- →Prepare and share test execution reports with stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓8 to 12 years of experience in Test Automation using tools like Selenium and Playwright
- ✓Experience with C# and JavaScript
- ✓Knowledge of software development in a web environment
- ✓Clear and concise communication skills
- ✓Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- ✓Strong written communication skills for documenting features and bugs
- ✓Highly organized and detail-oriented
- ✓Comfortable discussing technical aspects with testers, developers, and business owners
- ✓Desirable Skills
- ✓Experience using Azure DevOps
- ✓ISTQB/ISEB Foundation certifications or equivalent
- ✓Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Experience testing User Interfaces and databases
- ✓Experience using virtual machines (Hyper-V / Microsoft Azure)
- ✓Experience coordinating with external QA resources
