About the Role
We are looking for a Senior User Researcher to join our team. This role focuses on planning, facilitating, and leading user research activities across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and direct projects, working with multidisciplinary teams and clients
- →Support and manage the user research team, including overseeing appraisals and professional development
- →Define and refine research practices within the organization
- →Help identify and win new business by spotting opportunities with clients
- →Support the Design School with course development and delivery
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience in delivering user research projects
- ✓Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects
- ✓Strong project management skills
- ✓Experience in championing user-centred design approaches
- ✓Ability to work with clients who are new to user-centred design
