About the Role

Neighbors Bank is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join their fully remote team for a 12-week internship. This role offers hands-on experience in a growing financial services brand, working alongside seasoned marketers on real projects.

Key Responsibilities

→Support campaign planning and execution within your assigned marketing discipline
→Create, edit, or organize content and creative assets
→Conduct research and summarize insights to inform decisions
→Track and report on basic performance metrics
→Collaborate with a small, cross-functional marketing team
→Learn how marketing operates within a regulated financial services environment

Requirements

✓6+ months of remote work experience in a marketing-related role
✓Completion of at least one marketing-related certification or structured course
✓Familiarity and comfort using AI-enabled tools
✓Clear communication skills and strong time management abilities
✓Natural curiosity and willingness to ask thoughtful questions
✓Strong sense of accountability
✓Interest in financial services and helping people reach homeownership
