About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Hamburg. This role focuses on actively acquiring new customers and driving the growth of Nelly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and qualify new leads
- →Contact decision-makers and lead the sales process from initial contact to closing
- →Recognize growth potential early and work goal-oriented towards closures
- →Conduct negotiations with various stakeholders
- →Work data-driven and manage your sales funnel efficiently
Requirements
- ✓Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or FinTech
- ✓Comfort with cold outreach and proactive engagement
- ✓Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Motivation, discipline, and resilience
- ✓Curiosity and structure in understanding customer needs
- ✓Excellent German language skills (C2) and good English skills
