About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Stuttgart, responsible for actively acquiring new customers and driving Nelly's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify potential leads and initiate first contact, including cold outreach
- →Conduct pitches and demos, leading the entire sales funnel to successful contract closure
- →Advise medical facilities on an equal footing, understanding their challenges and developing appropriate solutions
- →Lead negotiations with various decision-makers with empathy, clarity, and negotiation skills
- →Work KPI-driven, data-based, and efficiently manage your sales funnel
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in a closing role in SaaS sales, preferably with a focus on the healthcare sector
- ✓Responsibility, initiative, and ownership: drive deals to completion with discipline and consistency
- ✓Proactive, independent work style and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- ✓Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- ✓Strong communication skills and confident in customer conversations
- ✓Fluent German and secure English communication skills
