About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join Neo4j, the graph intelligence platform that transforms data into knowledge. This role will involve articulating business value, shaping solutions that address customer needs, and accelerating adoption within enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical discovery to understand customer challenges, pain points, and success criteria
- →Drive value-based selling, clearly articulating Neo4j’s unique differentiators and ROI
- →Own the pre-sales engagement, delivering impactful presentations and live demonstrations
- →Map customer requirements to relevant Neo4j product capabilities
- →Develop proof-of-value (PoV) demonstrations and prototypes
- →Work closely with the sales team to support deal qualification and conversion strategies
- →Ensure smooth handoff to Professional Services
Requirements
- ✓Deep expertise in value selling and the sales process
- ✓Experience in technical discovery, consultative solutioning, and mapping customer needs to technology capabilities
- ✓Graph database expertise (Neo4j, OrientDB, JanusGraph, etc.)
- ✓Strong experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- ✓Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure technologies
- ✓Knowledge of data visualization tools (D3.js, Sigma.js, Linkurious, etc.)
- ✓Excellent presentation and communication skills
- ✓7+ years of pre-sales, professional services, or customer-facing technical experience
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
