About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Intern to join our Customer Support Operations team at Neo4j. This role involves working on the development and maintenance of our flagship Neo4j CODEX application, which serves as the technical diagnostics hub for our Support, Field Engineering, and Product Engineering Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the Customer Support Operations Team to design and build a new application that replaces NeoNora and integrates with neoDAVE and CODEX
- →Track product code changes and pull requests to provide insights into which Neo4j Server versions these product changes appear in
- →Enhance observability of code changes and versions for engineers
- →Collaborate with Product Engineering Team to deliver bespoke applications
Requirements
- ✓Experience with or readiness to work with Typescript, Javascript, React framework, Java, Spring Boot framework, Python, FastAPI, AWS Containers, Lambdas, Neo4j Graph Database, Okta, and Google Gemini LLM
- ✓Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to project planning and execution
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
