About the Role
We are seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead a small team and deliver end-to-end HR operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This role will ensure smooth daily HR operations while continuously improving processes and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and oversee HR Operations team performance
- →Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
- →Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service quality
- →Manage HRIS and employee data accuracy, maintain structured HR documentation and reporting
- →Own HR policy updates and labor compliance in line with Vietnam Labor Law
- →Serve as policy owner, providing clear guidance on policies and employee handbook
- →Oversee payroll inputs including attendance, leave tracking, and salary computation
- →Manage employment documentation including offer letters, contracts, and terminations
- →Own end-to-end global mobility for expats, including work permits and relocation support
- →Manage employee benefits programs including private health insurance and employee assistance program
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in HR Operations with team management experience
- ✓Strong understanding of HR systems and employee data management
- ✓Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and labor compliance
- ✓Experience with payroll processes and employment documentation
- ✓Ability to manage global mobility programs and employee benefits
- ✓Excellent leadership and coaching skills
