About the Role
We are seeking a Java Developer to join our international team at Netcompany in Warsaw. You will work on digital transformation projects across various industries, contributing to high-quality IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze business and technical requirements and collaborate with clients across different domains
- βProduce high-quality design deliverables that describe how solutions will accommodate requirements
- βDesign, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices and design patterns
- βConduct unit and manual testing to deliver high-quality solutions
- βIdentify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions to troubleshoot issues
- βWork in an agile, international environment with experienced colleagues
- βPlan and organize your own work and report issues and progress
- βIdentify areas for personal development
Requirements
- βBachelor's or Masterβs degree in a relevant IT specialization
- β1-3 years of commercial Java development experience
- βStrong understanding of object-oriented programming
- βFamiliarity with various designs, data modeling, architectural patterns, and modern system development
- βExcellent communication and collaboration abilities
- βProficiency in English
