About the Role

We are looking for a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst (Agile) to join our team at Netcompany. This role focuses on collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with the needs of our high-profile EU and Public Sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• →Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and manage product backlogs, including user story creation and prioritisation
• →Gather and analyse business requirements through stakeholder engagement and customer workshops, ensuring alignment with project goals
• →Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications
• →Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and system customisation efforts
• →Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate test case preparation and execution
• →Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery speed
• →Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions for high-profile EU and Public Sector clients
