SUMMARY

The Digital Product & Account Manager (Contract) will play a pivotal role in supporting the migration and enhancement of two UE brand web properties. This role melds the strategic, customer-centric leadership of a Product Manager with the operational rigor and project management expertise of an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will drive integrated, compliant, and innovative digital experiences, leveraging Adobe AEM and best-in-class web development practices to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes
PRIMARY DUTIES
β’ Project Leadership: Provide project management leadership for the website portfolio, including defining, overseeing, and maintaining master project timelines using project management software.
β’ Product Discovery: Champion continuous product discovery and delivery, validating solutions for value, usability, feasibility, and customer-centricity.
β’ Launch Readiness: Ensure web launch readiness and support ongoing website launches, maintaining standards for purposeful, relevant, and intuitive experiences.
β’ Performance Tracking: Track site performance and analytics, providing actionable insights to improve user experience, engagement, and business outcomes.
β’ Stakeholder Management: Maintain frequent, effective communication with stakeholders, setting expectations, negotiating priorities, and consolidating feedback.
β’ Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues before they impact business outcomes.
β’ Accessibility & Compliance: Apply accessibility principles and inclusive design practices while ensuring compliance with internal processes and global digital regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

REQUIRED EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE
β’ 5+ years of experience in digital product management, project management, UX testing, digital agency, or similar strategic roles.
β’ Demonstrable expertise managing digital products and web projects with cross-functional partners, including experience with Adobe AEM, EDS, or similar platforms.
β’ Experience with website launches, redesigns, and integration of multiple digital properties.
QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and digital design best practices.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines
β’ Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical brand launches, operational compliance within the pharma industry, and knowledge of internal content approval processes (MLR review steps).
β’ Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
β’ Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
β’ Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling.
β’ Ability to hear and understand spoken communications in person and via remote tools.
β’ Ability to see and read computer screens for prolonged periods and adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: 2-3 days a week on site at client headquarters.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours a week.
