We are looking for a contract Recruiter to join our North America Talent Acquisition team at New Relic. This role involves sourcing and hiring top talent while cultivating strategic partnerships and implementing hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop relationships with business leaders to understand needs and recommend tailored recruiting strategies
- →Implement recruiting strategies to fill current openings and build a diverse pipeline

Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience as a full-lifecycle Recruiter in the technology industry
- ✓Expert-level skills in identifying and hiring talent, particularly in sales and marketing roles
- ✓Experience developing and implementing recruiting sourcing strategies
- ✓Strong communication skills to influence and advise business leaders
- ✓Passion for social media, Internet research, and talent branding
- ✓Data-driven approach to problem-solving
- ✓Dedication to candidate experience
- ✓Proficiency in using systems and tools to optimize performance
- ✓Understanding of labor market and employment laws
