About the Role
We are looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at New Relic. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our recruiting team and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the Regional Recruiting team to create a positive candidate experience
- →Coordinate all aspects of the interview experience, including scheduling and communication
- →Advise recruiters and hiring managers on best practices for candidate experience
- →Maintain and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System
- →Communicate with internal partners about schedule changes and process improvements
- →Serve as a mentor or peer coach for new team members
- →Support recruitment events and talent branding efforts
- →Conduct offer audits and manage recruitment operations
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in customer service or coordination in a corporate environment
- ✓Prior scheduling and calendar management experience
- ✓Strong time management and prioritization skills
- ✓Strong attention to detail
- ✓General knowledge of HR practices
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Project management experience
- ✓Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact
