About the Role

Nextech is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize and enhance systems, data, and processes that enable marketing and sales to operate more effectively. This role will help bring campaigns to life across various channels and build dynamic marketing programs to drive efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

→Support the Marketing Operations Manager in managing the marketing operations tech stack and implementing new processes and technologies
→Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Events, Creative Services, and Sales to launch successful campaigns
→Ensure marketing database accuracy, maintain data hygiene, and support database growth
→Drive attribution strategy, tracking, testing, reporting, optimization, and analysis through KPIs and dashboards
→Work cross-functionally to maintain and optimize lead lifecycle and scoring processes
→Optimize marketing automation and workflows for seamless data flow between systems
→Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Marketing Automation, preferably in B2B SaaS
✓Expert-level experience in HubSpot, including workflows, system administration, and integrations
✓Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
✓Experience with testing, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics
✓Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management
✓Strategic thinker with strong program and project management skills
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
✓Proactive team player with a positive attitude
