NextGen Federal Systems is seeking a Software Developer to support critical defense and intelligence missions. The ideal candidate will bridge software engineering with intelligence operations for battlefield systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, implement, test, and debug software solutions for C5ISR systems
- →Perform software integration and troubleshooting with hardware platforms
- →Apply secure software engineering practices and cybersecurity compliance
- →Develop and iterate software prototypes for C5ISR capabilities
- →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document work
Requirements
- ✓Active Secret clearance (minimum) with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI
- ✓U.S. citizenship is mandatory
- ✓Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience or equivalent
- ✓Security+ certification (or higher DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II/III compliance)
- ✓Demonstrated prior experience in intelligence domains like SIGINT
- ✓Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, C++, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
- ✓Experience with version control (Git) and Agile/DevOps practices
