About the Role
Nexthink is seeking a Software Engineer to take ownership of automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency for the Product organization. This role supports a team of 30+ people and requires strong engineering judgment and end-to-end ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and own advanced automation workflows and architectures, integrating systems through APIs and applying AI and LLM capabilities
- →Administer and optimize the automation environment for performance, reliability, cost, and governance
- →Monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate on workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and production-level reliability
